Lincoln Red are a true emblem of classic British beef. Large, robust animals with strong frames and calm temperaments, they produce dark red meat with rich marbling and yellow fat producing deeply beefy flavour.

This particular Lincoln Red was raised on a small, carefully managed herd in Norfolk, roaming freely and growing slowly to develop exceptional flavour. Traditionally prized for both milk and meat, these cattle have a long heritage on British farms, and this one is a perfect example of their character and quality.

We have a full side, expertly dry-aged for 35 days and seam-butchered to make the most of every steak. A lot of one off cuts, roasts and interesting bits on top of your regular prime cuts.

For this Lincoln Red, try a full-bodied Pomerol with its silky tannins, a rich Rioja Reserva with earthy cherry notes, a robust Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, or a bright, elegant Pinot Noir to complement the deep, savoury flavours of the beef.
